SHIPPING TIMES

The shipping time is 3 – 7 working days for orders within the UK mainland, and 3 – 10 working days for all other regions. All shipping times are approximate.


SHIPPING TIMES

Delivery is FREE for orders with a cost over 150€ (£135). For orders with a total cost of less than 150€ (£135), standard delivery charges for the European Union will be charged :

Shipping to Europe Zone 1 : 9,90€

Shipping to Europe Zone 2 : 19,90€

Shipping to Europe Zone 3 : 29,90€

*Europe Zone 1: Germany, Belgium, Italy, Netherlands, Austria, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Sweden, Portugal, England.

*Europe Zone 2: Gibraltar, Jersey, Liechtenstein, Norway, San Marino, Switzerland.

*Europe Zone 3: Slovakia, Slovenia, Hungary, Poland, Czech Republic, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Cyprus.

Customs expenses or any extra costs that may be incurred at destination are not included. Said expenses shall be borne by the Customer and must be paid upon receipt of the order.


DELIVERY

Delivery is considered completed once the product has been made available to the Customer by the carrier, and the recipient has signed the delivery receipt. It is the recipient’s responsibility to verify the products upon delivery and to indicate any possible issues or complaints they may have. If, at the time of delivery, it is visibly noticeable that the order has been damaged during transportation, without having to remove the shipping or product packaging, or if, in the same way, a defect is noticed in the received product, the Customer must indicate this on the delivery note and communicate it to Blue Nattier via email to atencionalcliente@bluenattier.com or phone at +34 634176425. In order to be able to request a refund or exchange for the affected product(s), you must notify Blue Nattier of any damage or defect within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Blue Nattier will then examine said product(s) and inform you whether or not you have the right to a replacement or refund. Products must be returned in the same condition in which they are received. Returns will not be accepted for products that have been used beyond merely opening to review said products. The refund or replacement of an item will be made as soon as possible and, in any case, within a maximum of 30 days of the date of the email confirming that the faulty item is eligible for a refund or replacement. In the event that the Customer requests a refund, Blue Nattier will return the payment for the purchase within a period of 30 days of the date of the request. The payment will be returned back to the same method of payment used for the purchase, or by bank transfer to the account indicated by the Customer.


VALUE ADDED TAX (VAT) AND BILLING

In accordance with the provisions of article 68 of Law 37/1992, of December 28, on Value Added Tax, the delivery of the articles will be understood to be located in the territory of application of Spanish VAT if the delivery address is in Spanish territory except the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. The applicable VAT rate will be the one legally in force at all times depending on the specific item in question.

In orders destined for the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, deliveries will be exempt from VAT by application of the provisions of article 21 of Law 37/1992, without prejudice to the application of the corresponding taxes and duties in accordance with current regulations. in each of the territories. You expressly authorize us to issue an electronic invoice, although you can indicate at any time your desire to receive a paper invoice, in which case, we will issue and send the invoice in that format.


EXCHANGES

This exchange policy only applies to products purchased on the Blue Nattier online store.
